Dantel Inc Announces Attainment of Microsoft® Certified Partner Level

Fresno, Calif. – (BUSINESS WIRE) – June 22, 2005

Dantel, Inc. the leader in network surveillance and management systems, today announced attainment of the Microsoft Certified Partner Level.

"While there are several steps to qualify as a Microsoft Certified Partner, one key component for qualification is a packaged software solution that has passed Microsoft's stringent testing requirements," said Alan Hutcheson, Dantel's president and chief executive officer. "Certified Partners must possess a high degree of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies."

"Dantel demonstrated expertise with its newest network management solution VisionMaster® Client-Server, which is built on state-of-the-art Microsoft technology. The baseline architecture for VisionMaster CS consists of a Microso ft IIS server, with the clients either on the same server or connected to the server through a network. The client receives telemetry from any real-time monitoring device, allowing clients to monitor their network no matter where they are."

Additional VisionMaster CS feature include:

• Browser-based and smart client applications that provide the user with a secured-socket layer, SSL-certified connection to the server -- secure-socket delivers a secure connection ensuring data integrity.
• Multiple user security levels also allow for a variety of tasks, including viewing connections and configuring the server.
• Additionally, alarm data can be grouped in virtual Areas of Responsibility (AOR), allowing users to partition and manage the collected telemetry.
