Frank Martinez joined Dantel in August 1990 where he has held various positions in Manufacturing, Service, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Martinez plays a key role in overall product strategy, research and development, market analysis, competitive analysis and coordination with operations on new and emerging technologies. Before joining Dantel, Mr. Martinez began his professional career in 1984 with Equatorial Communications Inc., a satellite data communications company.Mr. Martinez earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology

Ifty Husain – Director of Product Development
Ifty Husain has been managing product development at Dantel since July 1996. Mr. Husain has over 20 years of experience in high-tech product and team development. Formerly he served as a Senior Engineer involved with LAN/WAN system design at Sysnet, a network systems integrator. Before Sysnet he was a Design Engineer at Scott Instruments, Inc. a developer of speech recognition technology. In addition, Mr. Husain served as a Design Engineer at Technology Development Corporation in the defense avionics industry.Mr. Husain earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota and he has been involved with several patents.
Mary Jane Papadopoulos – CFO
Mary Jane Papadopoulos joined Dantel in 1993 in the position of Controller. Mary Jane was promoted to her current position of Chief Financial Officer in September 2005. Prior to joining Dantel, Mary Jane worked at Deloitte and Touche for six years in a variety of positions, the last of which was an Audit Manager.Mary Jane’s credentials include a Masters of Business Administration from California State University Fresno, and a current CPA license from the state of California.
Al Hutcheson – CEO and President
Alan G. Hutcheson joined Dantel, Inc. in 2000 as president and chief executive officer. Before joining Dantel, he served as president and CEO of E/O Networks, a developer of fiber-optic telecommunication systems, and at Communication Technology Corporation and Fire Networks, Inc. Previously, he served as vice president and general manager of ADC’s transmission division and vice president of sales and marketing of Fujitsu’s telecom division. In addition to these professional achievements, Mr. Hutcheson has held various positions in engineering, product line management, and marketing at Lynch Communications Systems and GTE Automated Electric Labs, where he helped develop market-leading strategies in switching and subscriber loop transmission technologies.Mr. Hutcheson, a holder of three patents, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
